They can die from it. Take your cats to the vet as soon as you can and get the worms out.

Yes take the cat to the vet , it is not pretty watching them die that way..

You have to get your cat to the vet. The worms are robbing her of all the nutrition she is eating, plus I'm sure they're making her feel miserable. Get it taken care of, please.

Hell- If worms get worms they die!!!!!,and cats will never overtake the world(neither will worms) cuz CATZ IZ COOL and worms are dumb.

Yes, they can. The last stray cat I found had worms and it died later that week. :(

YES AND BEING THAT THEY ARE A SMALL ANIMALE IT DOESNT TAKE THE WORMS LONG TO SPREAD AND KILL THEM. TREATMENT SHOULD BE ASAP AND THEN A PREVENTATIVE SHOULD BE USED ONCE A MONTH.
