I kayak quite often and everytime after about an hour or so my legs fall asleep even if I move them around to get more circulation to them...any suggestions?

You need to do stretching excersizes before getting into the kayak so that your muscles have better flow of blood. Be sure to have a steady intake of water to hydrate your blood flow. It will be good to take a jog or walk before rowing. Basically its about keeping your muscles in your legs stretched & hydrated. Blood flow must occur to prevent your legs from falling asleep.

I know this sounds funny but it works make a fist with your hand and punch it. Another thing is eat a bananna before you go out on the kayak.

With the heel of the other foot press down on your big toe. Fixes it right up
