Fruit! Light and natural sugars are not bad in comparison to other sugars. That or protein (shakes, meat, soy, milk ect)

string cheese is good, as is pepperoni, nuts are also good, but use sparingly......you can take a boiled egg, or a scoop of tuna or chicken salad. i work out just prior to my dinner, that way my metabolism is still elevated by the workout and i'm still burning more calories.

I cut up a Apple & use it to eat Nut butters. Kind of dip style. Yummy natural sugar & protien.

What u need is Protein..........go for boiled eggs,avoid the yolk...protein bars,shakes...or mabe fresh fruit juice...not canned.....or brown bread tuna od chicken sandwhiched..and avoit the mayo please.!
