Pepe le Pew was a very cheesy skunk on Looney Tunes cartoons who was a sexist, womanizing, pushy, overzealous, suffocating jerk who wouldn't take "no" for an answer. So loose translation: a soon-to-be rapist or a pushy wanna-be Cassanova.

He was a skunk in old cartoons, and they had him dressed and talking like what was once the stereotype of a French guy, who was smooth with the ladies. He had a French accent, wore a beret, and - if I remember correctly - he had a kind of Salvatore Dahli (sp?) mustache.
