he said that he wears the ring on The finger so females will leave him alone and we were in a gas station one time and while i was getting a soda she hit on him and asked if he was married and he said yes and pointed to me and said that i was his wife.

Depends is it a wedding band or just a ring he likes.. I mean does it look at all like a wedding ring and maybe check into him a little before you date him. Any other signs of him being married? Can you call him at home? Any reasons why he can't meet you certain days or times?

Do some checking before you get to involved. Is he a widower or previously been married. Ask where the ring came from.

I got the same problem! and he even asked me out for a date, i said yes so i guess if you are interested, you dont have much choice do you, just get to know him better and find out more, like what does he do after work and who does he live with etc.

Find out more abot him via his friends or simply follow him around a couple of times see what happens. Play PI if you are curious. Do u think he has another life else where?

LIKE SOMEONE THAT IS PLAYING GAMES. AND MAY BE LYING AS WELL. BECAUSE IF HE IS NOT MARRIED THEN
WHY WEAR A RING ON THE RING FINGER. I DE FINALITY WOULD BE CAUTION ABOUT THIS ONE. THERE MAY BE

I would be very suspicious and ask him what the ring is for if he is not married.

dump him! either he is married and lying to you or he is not married but still in love with his ex-wife, which means you will always be second best. Either way it is not fair to you

Trust your instincts. They are usually right. If you feel weird around him, tell him you're dating someone else so he'll leave you alone or something.

I would say...Yes he is married but he is playing around... Unless his wife just died... lots and lots of baggage there....
