hello even though i am a beginner in water polo, i already love it and would like to become better, any tips or anything?

Try on this page there are so many places to look at i cant choose which is best. I hope you love the sport. Me i cant get out of the water i love it so much.

pretty much condition as much as you can push yourself to get faster, work better as a team, and train in ball handling and strategy. Also find an advanced player to give you some pointers,
