Cliffpott, interesting, but the fence in San Diego really cut down crossings in California. It doesn't go away when funding is cut to staffing, either.

I already let them know my demands for their vote, I told them that the illegal alien invasion is the most important issue currently facing the USA.... terrorist Muslims are a close second.
I also told them that enacting a law that would give a no-parole 5 year prison sentence and a $250,000 fine to anyone who employs illegal aliens would be my first choice to prevent illegal invaders.... followed by closing the border.... then deporting as status is discovered, all illegal aliens and their children... no matter how long it takes.... NO AMNESTY... NO BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP to children of illegal aliens.... just criminal status and deportation.
BTW: bullets will stop illegal aliens from invading... NO JOBS waiting will also work wonders...

I think the issue of immigration should be decided by the individual states as it personally seems unfair that states in New England get to have a say in what people are 'suffering' from at the border. Now as far as legal immigration, i think the federal government should decide.

He knows. I heard on the radio today-that a poll was taken-I don't know who by sorry--but it said the Senate has never been so unpopular. Who knows what will happen. Life will go on.

let them vote, and let them vote again,over and over, have any of you ever stop-ed to think for one moment why all of this crazy stuff about immigration has been blown out of proportion,? fact] many company's like the worms they are wanted cheaper labor without added benefit cost to them,-side stepping the labor laws to line their pockets,the people helping them and allowing them to do this, where just setting them and us up for a bigger plan, and just using the mexican people, the unsuspecting companys fell in the trap too, problem is they ask for laborers but didnt concender how to shut their little program down,they thought immigration would just deport and keep everything in balance for them,no problem, if you will remember immigration did nothing, correct?? it had to be promoted to a out of hand problem by the media first, then get all the public really mad about it, then the part of the game long awaited by the NSA to change the laws, who do you think held immigration back when so many ilegal people where working here? who has that power, is this almost like playing chest with the minds of the american people?led into beliving what the media is told to give us,yes sir go ahead and vote to change the laws and build the fences,but it will not be what you think later down the road,remember germany, and hitler can't you people really see your problem is not some mexican boy looking for a job,dammit its much much bigger than that,and you are falling head first in it,,STOP NOW PLEASE.

They should spend millions if not billions of tax monies paid by everyone to build a wall that will do nothing more than to slow down but not stop the crossing of immigrants to this land. As long as there is desperation and a want for a better life, they will come through and the wall will be nothing more than a black eye to the tax payers. Remember that the wall needs to be maintained and there is more monies to be thrown at it. As i said before, there is nothing that will stop them from coming through.
