9 times out of 10, if a woman is dressing like that, she wants the attention.
Even if she's dressed more conservatively, and you look because she's attractive, then it's a compliment. Women like to be reminded that we are attractive to men, it's a confidence boost.

Relax you are a normal human male, and consider why a woman might want to draw attention to her backside.
Women advertise, men advertise, it is as natural as breathing. Watch birds in the Spring. It is all part of the system.
The important thing to understand is that there is a big Big gap between the advertisment and an invitation.
Enjoy the sights.

Obviously they wear them cloths too draw attention too them selves. The cloths a women wears makes them feel good about them selves. It is not OK to stare but to glance is just fine.
That's the fine line between pervy and curiosity

most girls dress up to be looked at. it is great to be checked out by all the guys, that's why we wear things like tight pants, or writing on our bottoms, and make up. no girl sits in front of the mirror for an hour just to waste time. we do it so guys will look our way. don't feel like a perv.it makes us all feel better to be looked at.

The trouble with women, and I am a woman, is that we sometimes misinterpet stares for rudeness. We like it but we would rather have a man actually talk with us,get to know us....not just stare. The thing is...men are predators by nature. Women are romantics by nature.

I recall reading the text of a military policy that stated that gazing at someone (especially of the opposite sex) for longer than three seconds could constitute intrusive, and if repeated offensive, behavior.
That was one guide, or opinion, that made it at least as far as local policy. For what it's worth.
I've since heard simiilar advice given -- in the postmodern era -- as to looking at others' children.

It relies upon, i in my view am small (>.<) so while men seem there it is not lots of a "yumm" and a "oh they are smaller". yet in spite of if, all the girls in my grade placed on pushups and occasional-decrease shirts so if I wore that i may well be int he comparable boat as them. I do discover it form of offensive, I propose i understand men are gonna seem there cuz they for sure do, yet I hate it cuz i'm extremely self-huge conscious. I enormously hate it once you're speaking to them and that they are in simple terms watching my boobs and don't care that that's obtrusive -.-

women are a funny breed my friend. My girlfriend likes to look good and loves it when men "Glance" at her although she says she doesn't notice. She totally goes bananas though if I "Glance" at another woman, I don't know about you but I find it impossible to walk down the street and not look at any one. We will never understand women and they will never understand us, thats what makes it interesting.

As plain looking as I am, I am d--- straight grateful when I get looked at. As long as he doesn't try to peruse me for anything sexual, I'm straight. But I also make a point of not dressing provocative.
