My vet says it takes them a bit to adjust to the permanence of the situation. They used to be indoor only and now they can play outside in the garden. They also have a couple new brothers and are adjusting to the new, "hierarchy".

They are all fine and getting along ... the vet said that they internalize a lot of stuff.

They should have by now but you may have some cats that will never get along. It happens. Mine took a week or two.

They've not adjusted in three months!? WOW that seems like a long time. I moved with 4 cats and it took 2 of them 2 days to adjust, 1 one week, and the other about 4 days.

It could take days weeks months even a couple of years because I had a family member move to another house and their cat and dog wouldnt eat or sleep so they had to move back where they lived before.

This may sound off, but you should put butter on the cats paws and let them walk around. It helps them spread their scent around the place, so they know it's their new home.

Sounds crazy to me, but I heard it really works :-)
