Not trying to one up you on this but I think we have even more than the UK. I grew up in San Francisco and I got to meet nearly every single nationality from the pacific rim. Didn't have as many Euro's but thats to be expected since most of them are on the east coast.

So yeah I think we have the same mulitcultural exchange rate :)

I have never been, but I would think that it would be just because it is so close to so many different countries. Unlike the US, which is bordered with two large countries to the north and south and two large oceans to the east and west, England has two small countries on it's borders and small bodies of water coming between England and a whole host of other countries.

Like I said, I have never been, but my boyfriend went and according to him there are a variety of different cultures.

not as much as the US... The US is not claimed to be White AMerica... The US stands strong for having people from all over the world.... We have Hard-working people that want to do something with their lives..... Sure, the US has White people as the majority but they come from Ireland, Germany, Britain, Italy, and so many other countries....
Each bring their own cultures with them.....

Anyone who has a problem with this should either love it, or leave it....
