How can I get this free and can I get real quality pictures of where I live in Jamaica???

Google earth is available free from the google website. I doubt that you will get very good quality images of Jamaica right now, but check back every 3 months or so becuase they are constantly improving the image quality. also you might want to try mapquest.com as its really cool!
