try this.
Go to the top of the page on the toolbar (Tools) then goto (internet options) then goto (advanced) then scroll all the way down. There will be something that says
Use SSL 2.0
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Make sure each one has a check by it. I believe this might help you. If it doesnt help. Go you are start button at the bottom left and look for (Help and Support) then type your question. This should take you to the right place. Good Luck

I can log into my paypal & bank account with no problem by using this version of Firefox off the box
