ok listen up: alot of times when an girlfriend breaks-up with
her boyfriend they usally go different ways but it happends any
were in school or colleges because relationships didn't work out
very well. So what I reccomend is you do the same stop seeing
him ! also stay with new man

It is because you still care for him and it is not easy letting go. But you said it yourself, he is over you so let go, Girl. Move on. It won't be easy. Take it one step at a time, one day until it turns to weeks, weeks to months, and months to years. You'll make it. You owe it to yourself. Besides, you have a new boyfriend now. Give your relationship with him a chance.

I would advise you to give a time for yourself ...place your feelings in order to heal with your pain .....people sometimes says mean things as Forget about him!!! without knowing that it could be the hardest thing to do ....give yourself a time, and do things with friends, go out do not look for no one and then time will give you the right ideas in mind
