expenses? I've already recieved my Staffored loans and two pell grants. One of them was standard and the other grant is for attending a university that was damaged by Katrina.

There are two things that can be done to raise funds. See if you qualify for work study money on campus. It is a great chance to earn money while gaining valuable experience. I recommend applying for private scholarships offered by private companies and organizations. It will take time though, and there are free membership scholarship search websites. Two things I recommend by going the private scholarship route is pay attention to the deadlines and read over the website for information about the organization since it can give you some ideas about tackling the essay portion on the application.

My only advise would be to go to Abebooks.com and look for Mathew lesko's books on government grants for school. He has a book with a ton of grants for all different types of people. Good luck. I know how hard it is to acquire a good education in this world today!

Go to the sallie mae foundation website. she offers tuition and money for books for people they dont have that much.
