Firstly, loosing too much weight in a short time is a health risk, that can be permanent!
Secondly, what ever the reason that made you want to loose so much weight is not worth the risk to your health.
Generally, for a 13 years old, your body needs proper nurishment, so have a balance diet, that is, don't have too much junk food, soda and fast food. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Have regular exercise, and that doesn't mean it has to be boring. Walking, rope skipping with your friends, are all exercise.
Be smart, be healthy. A sexy and beautiful you, can't be that attractive if you are sick all the time.

Eat only organic food. Try to lift weights, I know it may not seem much, but it will help your physical form and with more muscle, it's a proven fact that you can lose weight easier. Also, try to excercise every chance you get. But it must be limited. If you fell any signs of fatigue, simply stop and just sleep.

Don't even go there. If you're serious, talk to a doctor about it NOW.
But generally eat healthy and cut out the junk foods. Don't try ot be an individual by thinking you have a problem and following everyone else and being all EMO.

Look at the eating pyramid...yes, the one they teach you at school. See which part of the pyramid are you eating the most...stop eating that altogether. I promised you will lose weight quickly. When you're at the CLOSE to the weigt you want to be..VERY SLOWLY! add a little bit of whichever part of the pyramid you took out. IF YOU DON'T DO IT SLOWLY...not only will you gain your weight back, but also gain more!
And of course, getting your lazy butt off the computer and exercising would help greatly...

Feeling huge and being huge is not the same thing. Why don't you repost your question and tell your height and weight? Then people can give you better advice. A normal-sized person can feel really huge if she watches TV and movies and compares herself to those size 0's.

try changing what you eat and how you eat it. eat more fruits and vegetables, less potato chips, cookies, candy, pop, sugars, and do more outside exercise. you can not lose it fast you didn't put it on fast it will take time but it will come off. eat less of what you are eating and more small meals. instead of a cookie pick up a banana or whatever your favorite fruit or peanuts or raisins may be. you could even substitute apple sauce for a snack. try eating chicken, turkey, and fish, instead of pork and beef. just that those take so much longer to digest out of your body. the beef and pork

Go jogging 2 miles everyday, and try to eat less food, but don't starve yourself and don't puke in the bathroom or you will permanently damage the lining of your stomach and your esophagus this means you will eventually end up both fat and with serious health problems. If you lose it the natural way: diet and cardio you will look hot.

Eat healthfully, lots of fruits, veggies and lean protein. The fruit and veggies will help you feel less bloated.
I know you are probably tired of hearing that it's normal to feel huge when you are 13, but it is. Our society is very unfriendly to developing females.
Eat healthfully and focus on what is wonderful about you. Don't buy into the media images you see-Paris Hilton is a freak, not a role model.

evaluate your dialy food intake do you eat junk food or empty caloreis, if so change that and eat healthy , cereal fruit veggies , don't eat fast food if you can't cook make yourself soup, tuna and excersise even if your walk briskly for 20 minutes a day, if yiur eat junk food stop have will power eat only one small bag of chips, if it is candy m n m's one or two at at time. leARN TO APPRECIATE LITTLE INDULGES NOT ABuSE THEM!!!
