Heating pad for desk chair?

Where can I buy one of those small heating pads? The kind that fits on your desk chair?

Heating pads are actually bad for you they make your bones hurt when its cold.

Not scientific but I heard this before.

just put some rice in a ziplock and microwave it... Works the same.
