I'm sorry to tell you that you didn't win $9500000. If you don't believe me go ahead & send them all of the information they want. Your name, address, bank /credit account numbers & Social Security number. Then after they have all of your information they can use it to get $9500000.

It is very doubt full that this is true. It's more than likely junk mail. They are trying to sell you something. Advertisers, much like the police, will tell you anything to get what they want. Be cautious when opening emails with this sort of content. It is a common method that is used to attack your PC with spy-ware, viruses, ad-ware, and worms.
I hate to sound so pessimistic, hopefully it is true. Its always nice to see someone hit the jackpot. Good Luck!

If you have an account set up with th National Lottery, any winnings get paid straight to your Lottery account. Its then up to you to claim the winnings back from your internet Lottery account.

No, it is a lottery-related scam. There's more info on how these scams work and how they get you to part with cash before you get your 'winnings' on various sites. Here's one http://www.national-lottery.com/scams2.htm
