well you should eat some healthy foods that has low calories and some soy beans ect.. well you can also eat any vegetables and fruits cause they can burn alot of fat ... and you also should try something new alike eatting weight watch frozen bags of green peas or low calories ice cream with no sugar or jst try sugar free ice cream / desserts . and you can try make your own self fruit and vegetable cold drink instead that will make burn up your more calories too.

celery takes more calories to digest than it actually contains, thus negative calories.
