You know, its all great if you can remain friends and not cross those boundaries. Only because some people do expect more and some people get attached very quickly. If that was the case could cause crossing a bridge to burn behind you. Being friends after sex could turn into "never be able to be the same friends" but on the other hand I know people that do it and they are great friends and nothing has changed between them at least I hope it hasn't.....

I think its something good as long as you have an understanding with one another. I guess it might be possible to get attached and feel jealous. Which means you shouldnt have a friend with benefits if you can't handle it. You already knew what kind of relationship you had with this person.

i've had a few for the past few years, i enjoy it better than a relationship, i still get what i need and want and so do they, its just none of that emotional mess to get involved with and i don't really have to depend on anyone that will let me down and not come through or break a promise or something.
if they find someone then i would be happy for them since we are still friends, but they are in the same situation as myself, not looking for a relationship

Who wouldn't want to be used and cast aside like used toilet tissue when the person finds someone else? A person with sense would not want any part of friends with benefits!

It's fantastic! I had one for about five years. I called her when I was in need of some luvin and she did the same. We weren't always available when the other wanted but we'd just arrange a more suitable time. Sometimes you just need the release or the temporary affection without any ties.
Worked for me and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I think it is great, as long as you prepare yourself for what the intentions and motives are. If you both just need the sex and are honest about it, then go for it. If you are hoping for more, then be prepared for the possibilities of hurt or disappointment. I have managed to have such friends successfully.

Friends with benefits...hmm...I doubt that their health insurance, 401K or vacation benefits will do you any good. So unless there are other beneifits I would say the only beneficial thing is don't ask confusing questions.
