I am starting to run track and a friend told me that if you wrap yourself in a trash bag you will sweat more, I also heard that Nike make a suit that is made for something like this, What is the name of that suit that looks like foil and where can I find it online, 10 points for best answer!!!!

sweat suits!!!!!!!!! but there not good, Nike make them for boxers who need to loose weight quickly, so they can make the weight for a fight. be careful the last thing you wanna do is to get dehydrated and collapsing.

at nike.com under the pro series in their directory they have the pro tight and the sphere line that are both great for staying cool while sweating....... check out that site and ebay has a lot of sellers especially the new ebay express it site that sell brand new nike suits at deep discounts.

Why on earth would you want to do this? A "friend" suggested this??? Just run and enjoy letting your skin breathe! You will definitely have an advantage over those idiots running around in trash bags!

Excessive sweating this way is not good for you and you are very likely to dehydrate and faint.
