You should eat breakfat about maybe 30-45 minutes after you wake so you can brush your teeth, take a shower, and get dressed.Then you can go eat.

As soon as you wake-up wash your mouth and drink a mug of plain water, then after brushing and shower you can take cup of tea or coffee then have your break fast, after this you can eat when you feel hungry, the best three hr interval, but do not over eat or late after 10 pm..

morning from bed yes it starts our new day lunch is at noon time

for me the best time to eat is when i'm hungry!!! and definitely before grocery shopping, otherwise you'll come home with all kinds of crap you don't want/need

(seriously)

only eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. a well balanced diet is important.

exercise is important.

keep hydrated also.

a well balanced diet will keep you healthy and feeling good.

breakfast doesn't always mean eggs, bacon, cereal...
