suicide is a chickens*** way out. Life is not easy. Stop thinkin it hurts. Just roll with it girl. It always works out however it was intended to. Each day is a new day. A new chance to start over. Make your life what u want it. Youre in control. Oh my friends would be so proud. I just learned that myself. But get of the suicide thing.
My brother in law did that and Ill never forgive him.

Okay, kid, what did it for me was when I was so ill and so close to death that i wasn't certain if I was gonna make it until the next morning on many nights...the doctors weren't convinced either...and Nobody could tell me what was wrong..just all my major organs were failing...I don't know what happened to my thinking those nights..but it was sorta like "well, you know people die everyday, maybe now is just your time" It now makes everyday seem like a gift(well not everyday--but I really try to focus on that---that it's a day longer than I thought I'd have). Sometimes you just have to turn your brain off. Not easy..but it can be done...what I think you need is to think of someone / something else...something to look forward to....but I'm not a psychoanalyst..I have trouble with my own depression...but there is an answer out there:)

Stop being so down on yourself, You have some doubts and insecurities but by dissecting them you are only looking towards the negative side of things. Try this...visit one of the ethnic joke sites...and just laugh out loud...Since I am Buddhist, I suggest those....You have heard the joke about the young Buddhist paratrooper that was afraid to jump....he went to the monk and told of his fear. The monk reassured him and said, if he had trouble to simply say "Oh Buddha, help me!" and everything would be fine. The young man went up in the plane and jumped...the parachute didn't open...."Oh Buddha, help me!" and a giant hand came out of the sky and saved the young man. The young man breathed a sigh of relief, wiped his brow and then said "Thank God!"....he was dropped. A day without some laughter is a wasted day. Then eat a piece of chocolate...taste the warmth and the mystery of it...and just enjoy. Don't look at miracle chemical imbalance treatment...while it may be true...most is hogwash...only you can do miracles for yourself...and start by enjoying life more.

I think that the only thing that works is letting a lot of things go and letting(a higher power) take care of things for you. You have to try to make yourself know that everything works out in the end no matter what. You are not responsible for everything. That is a huge load for anyone to carry around. Just physically try to catch yourself when you do that and say I am not going to think about this right now and do anything to distact yourself from thinking of things so much. If you still can't then you might have a chemical imbalance and you need to go to a therapist and get help. Take Care. I have had Depression since I was a teenager and I know how hard it is to get out of that "place" you are in. I also know how hard it is because sometimes nothing anyone says even matters to you when you feel bad. It is hard but you have to want to get better, you can do it. Don't be afraid to ask for help, you can't do everything by yourself, no one can.

No, you shouldn't kill yourself. But you may want to find a compatible boyfriend. New research has shown that regular relations with the other sex reduces depression, helps you sleep better and is good for overall health.

Such was the implication of a 2002 study of 293 women. American psychologist Gordon Gallup reported that sexually active participants whose male partners did not use condoms were less subject to depression than those whose partners did. One theory of causality: Prostoglandin, a hormone found only in semen, may be absorbed in the female genital tract, thus modulating female hormones.

When a person analyses too much , it means that that person is actually living in fear and can't let go of anything! I am not judging you; these are the hard facts! When I am depressed or tired , I tend to do this too sometimes! Usually I start meditating and I pray to the HIgher Cosmos to guide me , give me strenght and wisdom to continue my life without worries. After half an hour of intense relaxation/meditation, I leave it up to God! That's it. I just let everything up to my Creator and then peace of mind comes back instantly!...................................................Peace my friend
