Well if Adam and Eve were considered Jewish, then we all would be.
The term Israelite did not come into existence until Jacob, when God changed his name to Isreal. Therefore making all 12 tribes of Israel Israelites.
The Term Jewish came well after that.
So, no Adam and eve were not Jewish nor Israelites because the term and definition were not yet given by God.

Well, Adam and Eve were not Jewish, per se. The held the genetic coding for all the races we see today, as they were the first two people on Earth, and all decended from them. Certain children married each other, went to a certain area, and bam, you get a bunch of people with the characteristics of the parents. Of course, some changes came about due to climate and exposure to sun.

Adam and Eve represent all of humanity when the relationship to God was direct and unmediated ... long before humans started trying to box up God into relgions.

Well, I do not know for sure... But I guess it is possible and here is why....
Because Jesus was born through the Jewish bloodline. God promised this when they sinned in the garden. So, I guess it could be possible, but I don't know.

No, Jewish people are people who are descended from Abraham, and follow the Law of Moses -- neither of which were born yet.

They could not be Jewish because Jewish "people" began with the act of circumcism given to Abram.
