That's philosophically impossible, so technically it's a moot point since this can never occur, but OK I'll take the bait.
If this were to happen then all of the doomed residents would go to heaven with Satan. However don't ask the fundis to answer this because that would ruin their "fire and brimstone" speech. I mean, you wouldn't want to mess up their act would you? lol don't answer that.

I don't know if you were really expecting an answer. Satan is not going to apologize. Since God is merciful, Satan really did have a chance to apologize when he first sinned, but he didn't take it. Now he knows it's too late, and he's just trying to get other people on his side now. So anyway, there will be a hell, but nobody has to be doomed, they are doomed by their own choice, not God's since He wants all of us in heaven. But you probably don't even believe in Satan, either. So this seems like a "Even if this whole God thing were true, it still has flaws" question. But considering Satan's apology is not forthcoming, there will be a hell that was meant only for him, not you or me.

What's to stump. There is grace available - ample grace even for a repentant - quite different than an apology, my efriend - satan. As for hell, it's existence is not dependent on satan.
Perhaps you are aware that satan means Accuser. Satan is a pain, but not the Main. The universe remains God's.

He wouldn't be forgiven. He challenged God's authority and ruined all humanity and the Earth, including causing the entrance of sin and therefore death. Responsible for all death that has ever occured, there is no hope for Satan.
And Hell is something concocted by priests to put fear into people. The idea of burning in Hellfire for all eternity is...
1) Unscriptural: The Bible says that the wages sin pays in death. In other words, when one sins, they die, and then their sins are paid off. There are, however, extreme cases, such as Satan and Pharoah.
2) Not akin to God's personality: A man sleeps with another man's wife. If he regrets it aftrerwards, and heatfully repents, taking the necessary steps to try to right the situation, should he burn forever in hellfire? Would God punish a truly repentant person so?

We could elect a new Satan. Instead of hell souls would be tormented by continously listening to Hansen and The Bee Gees music and living in cheap Hollywood, Ca. motel rooms.

interesting question. And i would have to guess that if satan repented before the second coming of christ he would be saved. Hell would still exist for the rest of the unsaved though.
After Jesus comes there really are no second chances.
anyway satan won't apologize. he will roam the desolate earth for 1000yrs to think about what he has done. Will he be sorry? No he will organzie an army to try to take over the new jerusalum.
interesting video about the afterlife

that may well be what happens and the hell would have/had been all the time it took for Satan to repent.. some feel that we are in a/the living hell today.
perhaps this information was not included or omitted from the Bible that we have come to know today..
so what would become of hell it would cease and all would instantly be transformed into Heaven on earth

Satan was never a human so therefore he doesn't actually fall under thislaw of Grace. As an angel he has purposely broken the law and is condemned. Angels are not like us, they do not struggle with sin like we humans. That is why God has extended grace and Mercy to us.

So far, I have not seen that mentioned in the Bible, so NO. Hell is Hell. I don't think there is a ladder out. For Satan or anyone else.
this isn't a "stumping" the Christian question. It is redundant, and quite lame. I applaud the effort.

Impossible
There is no forgiveness available to a creature that was created sinless, and decided to rebel. The only reason for forgiveness, is that it is not fair and judicial for all of human creation to be condemned to death as a result of 'inherited' imperfection.
Just as Adam and Eve were created perfect yet chose imperfection, so it is with Satan. These are definitely a group of persons that have absolutely no availability of salvation.
