If you are planning on bleach blonding your own hair, there are many good products on the market. Your hair will come out more yellow than white, it depends on the look on the box you pick, and the color your hair starts out. There is a chart on the side or back of the box that will tell you how the process will turn out.
If it's white hair you want, I would suggest going to a professional. It's an awful lot of blonding and you'll want to minimize damage. If your hair is dark, I suggest a color "remover" first, but this would also be better done by a pro.

a true bleach blonde has hair that has no color except at the roots friend. It is usually as white as notebook paper and fried looking on the ends.

When a person goes blonde, you are lifting the colors by levels, so it goes orange, yellow, then white. White blonde is the highest lift (level) blonde.

The proper color you should get when bleaching your hair is pale yellow and then tone it so that it will look more natural. If it is white then it is over processed.
