Take this from someone that has suffered from migraines my whole life. If something like Excedrin hasn't helped, I would consider the ER and a shot of Demerol. Demoral will knock the headache out in about 20 minutes, but be prepared to stay there a couple hours. They'll want to monitor you to make sure you have no negative reaction to the drug. Have someone go with you, because you shouldn't drive until the next day. Good Luck and believe me, I feel your pain.

If you only took one paracetamol that would not help a severe headache. You would really need to take two at a time. You seem to be sneezing a lot and I was wondering if you are getting a cold. If you are all blocked up then that could account for how you are feeling. If it is no better in the morning after sleep then you will neeed to go to the docs and get something for it. Meanwhile you could try placing a cold wet face flannel across your forehead. I have found that to be very soothing. Hope it goes away soon.

a cool wash cloth on your head, while lying in a dark, quiet room helps sometimes. or soaking in a warm bath has worked for me, also. I know you said "natural" but if all else fails, Excedrin Migraine always helps me within minutes. good luck! headaches are the absolute worst and i get them all the time.

I would take Excedrine migrane it really works for my Headaches
if it does not go away go call your doctor or advice line from julie

ER and demerol. 9 hours is to long for a migrane to last.

Have a drink or two. The hops in alcohol is NATURAL.

drink two glasses of gatorade.........I heard the electrolytes help......
