Pale skin is defo a symptom of anaemia. I have had it before, and remember being tired all the time, had no energy at all. No appetite, and was really pale. Felt cold a lot too but none of the other symptoms. If you're worried bite the bullet and have a blood test. If left long enough if it's severe you can die. I had a fear of needles but it only takes 30 seconds max and you don'y have to look. You don't feel a thing either. If you still cant do it ask your doc for some iron tablets, and see hoe you go. Try eating more meat, and liver is really good for this. If you don't eat veggies then try eating more green veg too as you may have low florites as well.

In the beginning there may not be any signs. There are also different types of anemia and mod. to severe cases. Anemia occurs when you don't have enough red blood cells to carry oxygen to all of your bodys cells. When your body is oxygen starved, you feel tired, weak, or short of breath. Sometimes you may have fuzzy thinking, feel cold a lot, crave things like ice, clay, dirt, and laundry soap. (this condition is called pica). Your fingernails and lips may also look a bit blue. If you do have anemia and it remains untreated it can become very serious and cause damage to your heart (ventricular hypertrophy). You can find out for sure by going to the Dr. and having them do a hct test and a hemoglobin test. Also if you have kidney disease or are pregnant then these symptoms are probably a very good sign of anemia.

you may feel very tired and weak. It also causes to feel very sleepy. People with anemia usually look very pale and have dark circles under the eyes. this are just ordinary symptoms.

Anemia is a low count of red cells in your blood, it usually can be managed with a balanced diet. Eating foods rich in Iron.

You must go to the doctor immediately and take a blood test. An advance anemia can become leukemia. Which is a large production of white cells in the bone marrow.

Anemia. AKA low red blood cells. The red blood cell transports oxygen to organs in the body needing nourishment. I ask you what organs in your body need nourshment? Hum....

For sure your heart, since it's beat goes on always. Also your brain, since gray matter is always happening, the kidneys they are always active, the muscles if you move about.

So you will notice anemia when your organs are deprived of oxygen and nourishment. If they don't get it it will be like your dog who doesn't get food; first off they look soreful, then they bark, then they run around in circles etc...if you don't feed them still they sit in the corner and act nice, because they are too under nourished to do much more, then in the end without food they die.

So the short and long of it is; if you don't get food and nourishment you will at first feel tired, lethargic, can't think effeciently, feel short of breath and eventually will die.

Anemia can happen from lack of iron, from pathological problems, from bleeding. Find out why you're anemic and fix it.

All of this needs to be looked at by your physician, why, because one must find out why your are anemic, and to find out why you will need lab tests. If you self treat yourself you may be treating for the wrong reason.

You will feel tired alot. I have currently been diagnosised and I am to take ferrous sulfate. You can take it over the counter and it best to take with Vitamin C. Once your doctor has diagnosised you than he/she will let you know how many mg to take a day.

Anemia that is untreated can lead to serious problems. The body organs (heart, brain, liver, kidneys etc) all need oxygen. If the blood is low in oxygen it can put a strain on these organs.

Pale, tired. confused? And see your doctor could be anemia or B12 deficiency or worse. You will need some blood work done. Can't afford it? Go try to give blood they will tell you your iron level which will indicate anemia and won't take your blood if its to low. Then you better go to see your doctor.

Anemia can cause a person to feel tired and run down all the time. They usually look pale.

I suggest you get an exam, full one, to evaluate you properly.

Pale skin, easy bruising, fatigue, always cold.

If you are not feeling good your best bet is to go see a doctor and have blood tests done. Self diagnosis is not always a good bet.

you'll feel tired and rundown and could be pale. You'll also want to sleep a lot. Go see your doctor and tell him/her how you are feeling. A simple blood test will tell if you suffer from anemia.
