Let me know why (yes or no)
Ps: I said that phrase in a Thai restaurant to my wife (nobody else heard) and I've been eating sushi almost every day of the week

Yes it is inappropriate. It is meant as a racial slur.

It's funny because you said it in a non-offensive way. Looks to me like you only used it to describe how much rice you ate. I tell my wife the same thing shen we eat asian all the freakin time.

Dang, that's a tie between chocolate-coated almonds and Reeses peanut butter cups. those 2 are so marvelous that I keep ingesting even while my abdomen is done. Now that i think of approximately it, perhaps the cups are my in demand. they are so stable.

I don't think it is inappropriate in the context that you used the word--only with your wife. But overall, I don't think it is something you would want to say all the time, because it isn't true, and people may think that you are using the term in an offensive way.

I don't think it really makes sense....I think it would make more sense (and be a little inappropriate) if you said "I've eaten so much rice, my eyes are starting to slant."
