train oh yeah man. let him get off the train and go up the stairs. Now start to follow him donnot get too close. stay back let him get in a taxi. Take the first car you see not too fast not too slow. Trail that snitch till you get too close then tail back. If he makes it to the dock bum rush him and let that NARC taste Tek 9^. Sweet Revenge is ours blue rag on shades black rag back.

dude, just chill out, hang back and wait for him to be in your cross hairs. If you cant shoot him fast enough, get the misslie launcher from the airport and blow some stuff up to vent.

just take it slow you don't have to shoot him off the bike just stay as close as you can and when you get to the end shoot that fool!
