Now that it has gone to warrant, you likely have to pay more fines than the original ticket alone. You can pay the ticket and still be arrested because the warrant is an additional thing you have to take care of. Go to the courthouse, tell them you want to take care of the ticket and the warrant, and they will take care of it for you while you are there.

You will still have to go into custody to see the judge and pay the ticket and the fees of the warrant and then you will be hopefully set free. Depends if the judge has had a nice day!!

The reason theres a warrant for you is because you didn't go to court or pay the fine the first time. I noticed a person with lawyer in there name said they won't take you in to custody. Anytime theres a warrent the cops will bring you in. Call the court clerk from that town, and ask what you need to do so you don't get locked up.

If the ticket is paid along with the warrant fees and court costs, you should be clear.

You have to turn yourself in and go to court if there's a warrant out for ya, that's the way I understand the law to work.

pay the ticket. you'll be fine. no one's going to take you into custody for a speeding ticket or something similar. however, you're going to need to make sure your drivers license isn't screwed up.
