I have never heard of this in the leg, I can only say that when I get a yeast infection, eating lots of yogurt really helps me. I also shy away from products containing sugar because this seems to cause an overgrowth of the yeast. I don't know if this will help in your case, but its worth a try!
Hope you are well soon!!!

Do you know for a fact that you have a candida yeast infection? It's very unusual to have that type of infection on the leg unless you had to wear some kind of brace...
If the described infection is near a surgical site or an open wound, then by all means go see a doctor because you will need a prescription.
Garlic is useless. Brewer's yeast won't do much good in your case... You can apply some antifungal cream such as Canesten (clotrimazole) or Monistat (miconazole). But if the infection is really serious, or if it's NOT caused by yeast/fungus, it won't be enough.

I would check on getting colloidal silver, expensive over the counter but you can get a silver maker and follow the directions for use. It can be injested and rubbed on and used to antibacterialize, and de-virus and clean anything and everything. I watched my friend go from a very serious yeast allergy which came from heavy duty antibiotics mixed with a serious wine habit to problem-free in a matter of days, and it is the only thing that worked. Her legs were so bad, purple and looked like she had burns, and it itched and burned to the heavens. I do not recommend adding yeast to a yeast problem. You could get some relief from witch hazel, but until you control the internal problem, it will likely remain, or flare up again.

Try natural yogurt. One with active enzymes in it. Don't go for antibiotics. Even a Doctor will tell you that they can be the cause of a yeast infection. If you eat the yogurt the enzymes will balance you system and kill the yeast infection.

Are you sure its in your leg and not a little farther up where they both meet?
yeast infections can always cause all sort of problems, antibiotics control everything but yeast, that is why they only prescribe for 10 days or so. see a Dr.

It would probably be better to not take yeast for a yeast infection. I would suggest Olive Leaf Extract and yogurt with a high bacteria count such as Activa. But, how do you know it is a yeast infection? It could be something really serious, you better have it checked out.

If you truly have some kind of a yeast infection near a surgical site, you need to see a DOCTOR, not rub crap into it like some people are suggesting.
