Get her some laxative and wait until the ring comes out the other end of your cat. Dissecting her wont help, the safest easiest thing is to wait, or you can have an xray taken of her to check if it is still inside her, otherwise I suggest you start checking her poop...

How would you know that your cat ate your diamond wedding ring??? Unless if you're stupid enough to feed your cat that... Duhh!!!

What if it wasn't your cat who ate your ring? What if it was your precious few month old baby who swallowed that ring??? What kindda person/ mother/ pet owner are you??? Just let the ring laying around on the floor??? How careless of you...

Take your cat to the vet ASAP... Get it check or scan or whatever... If I were you, I wouldn't worry for the ring... I'd worry for my cat's life...

Geez...

Don't let the cat outside, and check it's poop each time. It'll eventually come out, but keep a close eye on her, just in case you have to run to the vet in a hurry...!

Just very carefully check the stool before throwing anything out. If she starts looking sick, take her to the vet immediately. And you might want to call the vet just in case they think it might be too big for her to fully digest.

You can try checking when she goes to the bathroom to see if it passes through. But you might want to take her to the vet so they can take an x-ray to see where it is and if it's stuck somewhere. If it's stuck and can't pass through they might have to do surgery to remove it, but that's more of an extreme measure. Try calling a vet and see what they have to say.

Take the cat to the vet immediately. Why are you waiting for someone to state the obvious?

You could take her to the vet to take a look into it, they may tell you to just keep an eye on her poop(I know, I know, eeewww) and wait for it to pass naturally or that an operation needs to be done. DO NOT FEED HER ANY LAXATIVES AS YOU COULD KILL HER!

Go thru the litter pan before you toss it out.

Or take him to the vet and have it surgically removed.
