Without your own plane, you'd actually fly through Seattle and be routed EWR-SEA-JUN.

By car, direct: impossible. Juneau is not on the road system.

By car and ferry: 2973 road miles from NYC to Bellingham, Alaska. Then 2 days on the Alaska State Ferry to Juneau (about 870 miles up the "Inside Passage".
