Speeding ticket within 5 months of each other. I already attended traffic school for the first one. I don't want my insurance to go up...help...if any officers around please help...I learned my leason....= (

You would have to talk to the judge about it. he might let you do that but you can only go to so many in a year or something.

Im not a cop, but ive been through the same thing you have been through. In order to take traffic school to get rid of the speeding ticket it must be at least 1 year since the last time you have taken traffic school. In other words, you are ineligible.

I know here in Nebraska you can take it 3 times in a 5 year period. Check with your local police department and they should be able to tell you.
