Dispute the remaining items in November...December is a busy time and they have to confirm/reply within 30 days to your dispute. That is what my wife and I did to correct our credit report. We learned how to repair our credit at http://www.mycreditadvise.com you'll find all types of advice there.
Time is on your side...Good Luck

Let me start by saying GOOD LUCK!!! You will never find a phone number to call these credit people. You can request a dispute online or by mail. I did it by mail because then I could really prove who I was. I sent them a copy of my social security card, license, proof of address, a pay stub (because it had my social on it) and anything else I could think of. You have to prove you are who you say you are before they will even look at your paperwork. It takes about three months after you have sent in the disputes. They should send you a new credit report once it is corrected. Stay on them. If you have to send the paperwork every week do so. Make sure you send this info to all three credit places. As I said before good luck its no fun to deal with credit agency's.

All you need to do is dispute them. The lender has the responsibility to prove you owe them money. If they cannot prove it, then they must remove it. Remember there are 3 reporting agencies.

You have to keep writing letters to these credit bureaus. Make sure you contact all 3 and don't give up.
