I work out alot and can lift a fifteen pounder about 100 times on each arm (I'm only 15), but my wrists stay as scrawny as ever. My biceps have gotten to the size I wanted it to be, but my arm from the elbow down is just thin. Can anyone give me some wrist thickening tips? I'm not using steroids no matter what ok.

your frame is built thin, so there is no way to "thicken" up your wrists. the exercise listed above is good.

Our body comprises different muscles on specific parts for movement.as you have said that you are lifting pounder at about 100x. It will only enhance your biceps muscles.You should stabilize your arm on the table while your wrist is dangling at the end (palm facing down) and do wrist extension and flexion (up and down movement) and rotation and for your forearm, put your forearm on lateral position/palm facing you and do the same movement.Do not over fatigue your muscles. Try to do strengthening exercises by pound of weight 5 sets x 10 reps progress to 5 sets x 15 reps. then 1.5 pounds and so forth.Need to remember that proper stabilization is the key and if you have time try to read about the muscles there origin,insertion and movement.

Maybe its genetic.But im a doctor and I advice you not to use steroids. You should ask your physical education teacher for exercises that use wrist muscles.

try wrist curles with a light dumbbell. lay you forarm flat on a table or bench and curl the dumbell using just the wrist, that'll work the forarm

try not to eat to much junk food and stiil work out but try wrist curl ups.

Ur only 15 why do u care. after u stop growing you will even out
