gnc has a vitamin made specifically for this. i use it and it works really well. its a big pill that kind of smells like nasty broccolli i take it with juice instead of water so you dont get the bad taste

Go to a Wholefood store and look for Rainbow vitamins. There is a vitamin which is for hair, nail and skin. These are so good and cause no discomfort. These contain vitamin Bs and Biotin that you need the most-

Murad has vitamins for hair and nail. Generally speaking all the B's, C and calcium.
