Why do people like to go out to eat instead of cook at home? It is about variety and the satisfying of cravings you just can't get at home. Try as I might, I cannot make good Chinese food, but call a number and that tasty goodness is delivered right to your home. True, some Chinese food has made me ill in the past, but I still get the cravings, some General Tsos Chicken or some Hunan Shrimp.
If I were to try to make good Chinese food at home, I would spend so much money buying the ingredients and learning how to prepare it just right so that it satisfied my taste buds, that it is sometimes much more cost effective to buy it just the way you like it. Tomorrow I may want Italian or French.
