wahl clippers are really strong and will last a long time.

Don't put any of the guide combs on. you will get the shortest cut, then you can run a razor over more easily.

Don't use soap when shaving his head use a proper shave balm.

Try this with the clippers you have before buying more.

If he keeps his head shaved smooth, he doesn't really need clippers. He'll only need to whip out the Mach 3/Fusion or even a straight razor (which I would recommend ONLY if you are willing to shave his head for him; could be kinda fun for the both of you, but be careful with the straight one) every 2-3 days.

He'll only need clippers if he has some grow-out for some time (about 3 weeks or more) OR if he prefers a stubbly look, whick he'll get after a day's growth if he shaves it smooth anyway. I recommend Wahl or Oster. Do NOT get the cheap ones no matter how tempting the price; they do NOT work, especially the ones by Vidal Sassoon.

Clicker education for this reason refers to counterconditioning and desensitization (CC&D), to no longer obedience education. that's performed yet you're able to be able to desire to first understand the recommendations of CC &D.
