First you light the oil lamp because it'll give you the same light and heat generation as a match, but will last alot longer.
Since the torch will break apart easily, you need to put it into the stove to use as kindling to get a real fire started.
You can then break up the old furniture to use as logs and put those in the stove, too, on top of the broken up torch.
Finally, use some pieces of the torch or fabric or whatever to get a flame from the oil lamp into the wood stove to light the torch/kindling, which should light the broken up furniture pieces, which will heat the stove and keep you warm and dry.

Oil from lamp to pour onto wood in stove. Use match to light torch to use to lay on oil soaked wood in stove. Maybe even drip a little oil on the torch end if needed first. Do not use all oil, though. Just use enough to make flame catch onto wood inside stove.

put the wood in the fire place - put some oil on it ( not all of it ) let it sit for a min. or two then light the torch and put it in the fire place - that way you have a nice warm fire that you know will burn on the frist try - you can always use a small stick from the fire to light the oil lamp later on .

I would light the lamp first to give me light, I would then tear apart the torch for kindling and use the kindling to start the fire to stay warm. I would then douse the lamp because I would have the light from the fire to see.

Personally, I would lay the torch which is easy to light inside of the stove which is hard to light. Then I would light to torch. That way, even if it does fall apart, it will have served the purpose of lighting the stove which would otheriwse have been more difficult to light.
