How do I fix it? I have integrated graphics, but I was able to run it on an older computer with an older version of the integrated graphics.

I can't add a graphics card; its a laptop and there is no room for one.

For one integrated graphics cards will not run call of duty 2 sufficently there will be glitches and such so to play the game in its full glory u should really have a good grpahics card but to fix ur prolbem try downloading a new directX driver if that dosent work then im not sure but my advice buy a new card soon integrated graphics are no good for Call of duty 2

I suggest installing a newer graphics driver. or try reinstalling the direct x version making sure you uninstall the older ones first. Also if that doesnt work then buy a new graphics card.
