I will be spending most of my weekend at the track and im bringing my own food what would you put on the menu that doesnt include hot dog's & hamburgers I will have a grill

chicken wings...get a big bag of those tyson frozen wings and just throw em on the grill. When they are almost done put them in a tupperware container with some hot/BBQ sauce and shake them up. Throw them back on the grill for a few minutes and yummy...Wings!

marinate some tri tip in some teryaki sauce over night & then grill & serve on Sourdough rolls that can be toasted on that same grill. Could also grill some veggies to have a healthy alternative.

Beef ribs, pork ribs, chicken, braughts, sausage, lamb chops, steaks. corn on the cob, bake potatoes, veggies on skewers(kabobs) with and without meats..just about anything except don't eat the spinach.

ribs sound great to me.. pre cook them and then put them on the coals and add your favorite b-b-q sauce i like Lloyd's
