I believe the Titan is available as a Flex-Fuel vehicle....which means it can use regular- E85 & any combination of the 2 types of fuel.......

Titan manual says 87 to 93 octane But I know better fuel makes the engine run better.

Depends on the engine capacity. Any car with an engine above or equal to 2000 cc should use the higher grade fuel.
