Figuring out the best way for you to tell her about your feelings really depends on how well you know her. Are you two friends? Close friends? Acquaintances? Have you gone on dates together before? If so, I think you could say something like, "I really enjoy spending time with you, and I'd like to do it more often."
If you DON'T really know her very well, simply asking her to do something with you (see a movie, go out to eat, etc.) would be a good start. I wouldn't recommend making a declaration of love right out of the blue if you don't know this girl very well and/or haven't dated her...it might overwhelm her or scare her away. Ask her on a date, call her, ask for her phone number....do whatever seems like the logical next step to show your interest, and let things flow from there!
Best of luck! My thoughts & prayers are with you!

Maybe you should focus more on an education instead of this girl. Every divorced sucker in the world thought they were in love and the vast majority of them were already ten years older or more- if they didn't know what love was what in the world makes you think you do?
Why don't you try telling her that you LIKE her if you insist on following through with this nonsense?
This crap disgusts me and I can't bring myself to tell a 13 year old what I'm really thinking right now without either traumatizing you or getting ino trouble for it so I'll just leave it at that. Look forward to a minimum wage job ten years from now and the beginning of a lifetime of wasted effort along with child support and debt.
The best advice I can give you is this:
Take a few minutes to stand in front of the mirror and repeat the phrase "Do you want fries with that?"

haha you are just like me when i was 13. anyway, ill tell you what ive learned since then..
first of all, you two have to know each other pretty well and talk. if theres not much talking going on, the relationship probably wont succeed very well..
girls around your age tend to flirt with everyone, or at least be nice to everyone. dont mistake that as thinking they like you
but yeah, theres nothing wrong with talking to her and then asking her out. its only middle school, the real action comes in high school WOOOOOHOOOOO.. yeah hope this helps lil bro

Don't tell her you love her right away. You might freak her out a little bit. Talk to her about all kinds of stuff. Start by building a friendship first. Girls love that. Then, when you're certain she likes you back, ask her out. Once the relationship gets stronger, tell her you love her. Good luck! :)

Find an appropriate moment alone and tell her what you feel. If the reaction is not a BIG no, you have a chance. If positive YES you are on a roll.

You take things slow at first and then when you r confident that she won't go running for the hills, Tell her. She has every right to know. She could even like you.

DON'T!!!! IT'S A TRICK!!!!! I know you want to now, but I promise you, if you do, you'll be regeretting your decision in two years. Not to mention, you're only 13. But don't ever, ever, ever, ever tell a woman you love her. It only leads to bad things like heartbreak or marriage.

Tell her you love her and she will act like she owns you. Love is something she should feel she is working for. Don't be whipped.
