super high protein drink?

I have been drinking Ensure Plus, and it only comes with 16g of protein. I drink twice a day, but my friends told me 16g per bottle is not enough. Is there any drink out there (in bottle) that has over 30g of protein? Thanks.

It's not necessary to do so. You can just drink your stuff whatever you want. Be organic for better result. Best to go vege. Experts proof that meat is harmful for health. Believe me.
