I ama huge fan of red wine---I love a great shiraz and I am curious if anyone else shares my interest and knows of one that has the least amount of sugar and carbs?

Yellowtail has added sugars, to appeal to the North American palate. As do many Auzzie wines. Try French Syrahs ( same grape ). Bonny Doon does a nice syrah. Domaine des Blagueur, Syrah Sirrah

Wine is supposed to taste good and accentuate the flavor of a meal, not be a diet food. If you are worried about that kind of thing, order a wine spritzer.

try the Yellow tail Cabernet. its awsome! their merlot and shiraz are excellent also.
