I'm having Barbaque ribs, corn and mashed potatoes. Ahh, the pleasures of dinning with your mother. You don't appreciate it untill youve been without it.

brown rice cooked with a garlic chicken broth and a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup topped with fresh skinless boneless chicken thighs.
Served with a cheddar olive oil biscuit.
Dessert was Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler.

Rice with Curd and lemon pickles. Try this once and you will ever want to have this. Easy to cook and keeps you cool. Take care of the Curd it should be old.

I had two private label pot pies - cooked in the microwave - only recently have these been able to be cooked in the microwave.
