There's a Tappas bar on Jefferson in downtown Naperville.

Uh, well, it's not DuPage county, but there's a tapas restaurant in downtown Arlington Heights. Just look it up in the Yellow Pages. The sangria isn't bad.

Try Emilio's in Hillside. It might be just into Cook county, but still in the western burbs.
