I know you'll probably hate this answer but..it's natural. I was nervous too but when it happened I just kinda went with it and it was fabulous. Maybe you can lightly rest your fingers behind his neck when you are making out I like doing that.

i've never made out but i know what you do
first you two lean in to kiss thinking it will be a short kiss then after your lips make contact if he doesn't part his lips then you should then slowly push your toung into his mouth and move it around if you don't like it then pull away slowly and look into his eyes there will be an akward pause then one of you gets up and leaves the room. if you do like it just keep kissing until 1.it turns into more than a kiss or 2. one of you pulls away

Basically, it's a go with the flow. You just continue to kiss and it's passionate. Of course you're scared, because you're scared of making a wrong move and being named worse kisser when making out. Go soft, you don't want a hard kiss. It just keeps going and going. It's fun because neither of you wants to stop. Hope this helps...
