this question is for a science fair project, i am comparing a polluted city and a none pulleted, to see how it affects there health do to global warming.

Absolute most would be hard to say, people would disagree.

I don't know about environmentally friendly but unvironmentally unfriendly surely has to be Las Vegas, NV. They spew water into the air, a terrible practice for a desert. They also use up so much electricity running their casinos.
